Responsibilities

  • Identifying Business Opportunities:Follow up on leads and conduct thorough research on target clients to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Operations:Work closely with Operation Departments in each country to effectively promote services and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct regular market analysis, including service standard and price reviews of competitors, and provide insightful reports to the management.
  • Social Media Management:Manage social media accounts to create engaging posts, ads, and generate leads for the group.
  • SEO Management:Maintain Google Search Engine Optimizer to effectively create leads and convert them into clients.
  • Event Participation:Participate in seminars, events, and business trips conducted by the group in Singapore and other countries to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Trade Association Support:Assist in activities related to the trade associations sponsored by the group.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record in business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willing to relocate to our branch offices in Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and India for 6 to 12 months.
