Position : Temp Staff – Finance Policy / CareShield Life
Contract period : 1 April 25 – 31 Mar 26
• Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits.
• Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.
Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
(with one hour lunch break)
Hourly rate :
$12.53 per hour - (Diploma with 0-2 years of work experience)
$13.60 per hour - (Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience)
Job scope :
Appeal Assessment
•Review and assess appeals submitted by stakeholders, ensuring all required info is complete and accurate.
•Verify client information, including financial data, to determine eligibility.
•Conduct research and gather additional information as needed to support appeal decisions.
•Prepare written recommendations for appeal decisions, including rationale and supporting evidence.
Note: Appeal assessment framework will be provided to guide the staff on the steps above.
Financing Administration and Premium Enforcement
•Verify financial information and process financing applications through financing system portal.
•Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client financing information.
•Verify information to administer premium enforcement operations
Note: Guidance will be provided to guide the staff on the steps above.
Education: Diploma
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a financing or administrative role.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong attention to details.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
