The Role:
Our Consultants serve as functional and technical experts in the field of Risk Management in the Commodities Trading space. Typically deployed to our client’s global premises, you serve as a consultant to their staff and vendors, analyzing their business needs and providing sound system design and implementation. Working on common office tools as well as industry specific CTRM platforms, your primary goal is to ensure that the system effectively supports the client’s business objectives by translating their specific requirements into actionable tasks.
No experience is necessary at the entry level, but you should be amongst the top in your chosen field of study.

- Is a collaborative and self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships and enjoys working in dynamic client environments.

- Wants to develop expertise in Commodities and/or Risk/Trading.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, supply chain management, finance or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of some programming languages (VBA, Java, C#, C++, Python etc.)
- An understanding or interest in supply chain, commodity lifecycles, financial systems and how they address complex business problems in specific markets.
- Ability to assess software solutions against business needs and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Desire to learn about various client scenarios and environments to provide tailored solutions for their unique E/CTRM needs.
Even better if you have:
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with process mapping and/or process improvement
- Knowledge in software systems such as SAP, as well as experience with agile project management methodologies. This understanding will be crucial for effectively implementing and managing software solutions within the E/CTRM domain.
