Contract period : 14 April 25 – 13 May 26

• Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits.

• Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.

Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

(with one hour lunch break)

Min Degree with no work experience : $18.50 per hour

$3,800.00 (Degree with at least 2 years of work experience)

(Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)

$4,800.00 (Degree with at least 12 years of work experience)

(Diploma with at least 17 years of work experience)

The client is seeking candidates with a background in science, healthcare, and data analytics, preferably with experience in these fields, if available.

The candidate will contribute to the development of strategies to :

 Support the transformation of primary care capacity and services planning: This will include development of policies and operational implementation of workstreams involving private primary care IT, PHPCs, person-centred care, Healthier SG etc.

 Engagement of key stakeholders : You will contribute by engaging key stakeholders and reviewing their feedback on the proposed changes in order to strengthen the proposed policies. This may involve secretariat work, minutes taking, organisation of meetings, data analysis etc.

Requirements:

• Education in health, biomedical sciences, public health, public administration or communications would be advantageous.

• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen interest in healthcare policies.

• Strong team player with good communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of collaboration and practical ground considerations.

• Ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
