This unique role combines expertise in Quality Assurance with technical sales, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while providing technical insights and solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to maintain high product quality.
- Work alongside sales teams to understand customer needs and provide expert technical insights.
- Act as the bridge between customers and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and quality-driven solutions.
- Offer post-sales technical support, troubleshooting issues to enhance customer experience.
- Identify potential sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and market trends.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing key features and benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance (QA) or software testing.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
