Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive/Manager – Retail Showroom is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding business opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement within the showroom. This role involves identifying new revenue streams, managing client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
- You need to monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Able to provide personalized product recommendations and consultations.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
- Oversee daily operations of the retail showroom.
- Ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked showroom display.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize product placement.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions within the showroom.
Job Requirements:
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- You must have a minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or retail showroom management.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, customer engagement, and business expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and partnerships.
- Experience in B2B and corporate sales within a showroom setting.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
