1. 负责牵头梳理出行行业软硬一体解决方案,善于挖掘客户需求,整合公司内外资源,输出差异化、有竞争力的产品解决方案。
2. 具备商业sense,深入了解行业,理解客户痛点,对于方案业务价值有自己的思考和总结沉淀。
3. 面对客户中高层进行方案汇报,并基于客户反馈不断迭代产品方案和思路,丰富部门解决方案库。
4. 配合业务部门制定商务策略,销售打法,一起拿结果,维护好客户关系,从长期角度帮客户成功。
5. 对于物联网行业新的应用场景,技术标准,行业趋势有比较敏感,有学习热情且具备快速学习能力。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,有车队管理、物流、运输、安防等相关行业经验优先,有相关客户资源优先;
2. 5年以上工作经验,3年海外toB行业售前方案经验,有AI行车记录仪、车载硬件、辅助驾驶等产品经验优先;
3. 英语达到面对客户高层熟练汇报方案水平。
4. 对于IoT/大数据/AI/云计算有深刻认知,对软硬一体解决方案有售前经验。
5. 优秀的自驱力和解决问题的能力,高度责任心,良好的团队协作能力,能承担较大的工作压力。
6. 能接受海外驻场支持或者长时间出差(比如欧洲/拉美/中东非/东南亚)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated hardware and software solutions for the travel industry, adept at identifying customer needs, integrating internal and external resources, and delivering differentiated, competitive product solutions.
- Possess strong commercial sense, with a deep understanding of the industry and customer pain points, and able to think critically about the business value of solutions.
- Present solution proposals to mid-to-senior level clients and iteratively refine product solutions and ideas based on client feedback, enriching the department's solution library.
- Collaborate with business units to formulate business strategies and sales approaches, achieving results and maintaining strong client relationships for long-term success.
- Stay informed about new application scenarios, technical standards, and industry trends in the IoT sector, with a passion for learning and a strong ability to learn quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or security-related industries preferred; relevant client resources are a plus.
- Over 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of pre-sales solution experience in the overseas B2B sector; experience with AI dashcams, in-vehicle hardware, and advanced driving assistance products is preferred.
- Proficient in English, capable of presenting solutions to senior clients.
- Deep understanding of IoT, big data, AI, and cloud computing, with pre-sales experience in integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Strong self-motivation, problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, good teamwork abilities, and capability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to provide overseas on-site support or undertake long-term business trips (e.g., to Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia).
