
Senior Human Resources Executive (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market trends.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades and classifications, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Market Analysis: Perform regular market analyses to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Policy Development: Develop and update compensation and benefits policies, ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood by all employees.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
What we are looking at:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Attention to Detail, strategic thinking and confidentiality.
