Learning & Development (L&D) Support:

· Manage the Learning Management System, collaborating with the platform provider to support internal users.

· Develop and implement L&D engagement activities as advised.

Analytics & Reporting:

· Responsible for providing support for data analytics, periodic monitoring, and generation of Learning and Development reports. Provide monthly L&D updates on key activities in the region Assist in collating data and reports for various HR analytics, including organization charts, attrition reports, HR reviews, and budget summaries.

Employee Engagement & Events:

· Support engagement projects and events across the SEA region, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth execution of activities.

· Assist with succession planning, retention strategies, and engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

HR Operations & Data Management:

· Ensure employee data integrity within the HRMS, maintaining accurate records across all employee profiles.

· Build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders, integrating business needs into HR initiatives and supporting overall strategic goals.

HR Project Coordination:

· Responsible for coordinating and following up on assigned HR projects, ensuring timely execution and completion.

· Support various HR-related projects from start to finish, assisting with research, planning, and implementation as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

· Proficient in Excel with strong data manipulation and analytical skills.

· Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and teams.
