About Innervate Fitness
We are a fitness and social well-being company. We believe that people of all ages and physical ability should be welcomed and allowed to train at their pace and ability, and they will pursue fitness when they feel a sense of belonging to a community. Since 2017, we have designed fitness regimes for more than 1200 members of all ages and physical abilities, and implemented community programs, such as Operation Broken Wing to bring more than 3,282 people together.

Functional Fitness Coach
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Regardless of experience and background, there will be a 3 month induction program which is unpaid for this term. In this induction program, the focus is to train new trainers to get up to speed on the Innervate way of coaching, the movement standards and to ensure good quality coaching. This training is free of charge.
- There is a minimum commitment and contractural obligation to be with Innervate for 1 year once you've successfully completed the 3 month induction program unless released.
- Job Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a professional image
- Demonstrate exercises to members
- Group class management and development of class
- Proficient in the use and demonstration of the relevant gym equipment
- Provide feedback to members on movement execution
- Ensure proper form and safety before intensity
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements (And preferred personality too)
- Prior experience in teaching group fitness classes
- CrossFit Level 1 (or equivalent) preferred
- First aid/ CPR & AED certified
- Possess minimally a GCE ‘A’ Level cert/ Diploma
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old and above and possess minimally an ‘O’ level certificate
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, outgoing and positive personality
- Sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job, actively looking for ways to help people
- Honest and ethical
- Positive learning attitude and willing to put others or clients first
- Conscientious and organized
- Punctual and dependable
- Passionate about fitness and helping others to grow in their fitness journey
- Take pride in providing quality coaching
- Willing to share knowledge of own expertise with members
- Patient and attentive to each individual’s needs
