
Facilities Management Officer
Responsibilities
· Developing and adhering to a preventive maintenance schedule for all major systems and equipment.
. Documenting maintenance activities and keeping records up to date.
· Overseeing security measures and utility services like water and electricity.
· Conducting routine checks and spot inspections of fixed assets to promptly mitigate safety hazards and establishing comprehensive records for buildings and fixed assets.
· Managing outsourcing service providers.
· Handling renting of premises, facilities and vending machines.
· Providing end user IT support for daily business operation.
· Any duty, task or assignment delegated.
Requirements
· Min of Diploma in relevant field
· Min 5 years of relevant work experience in similar industry
. Knowledgeable with desktop and laptop troubleshooting
· Excellent team player & people management
· Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
· Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
· Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and vendors
· Computer literate- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Email
