With a focus on the North Asian market, you will ensure smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and client retention. In return, you can expect total remuneration of up to SGD 80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Private Banking Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and handling daily requests.
  • Oversee account opening, maintenance, transfers, and KYC compliance.
  • Act as a key liaison for client instructions and ensure timely execution.
  • Support RMs with client meetings, travel arrangements, and transaction monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales support experience in Private Banking preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • CACS certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is essential, as the ARM will engage with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
