We are a 15-year Singapore-based jewellery brand and we are looking for a driven, motivated and positive sales people to join our team. A happy team will lead to happy customers. We are looking for a drama-free workplace environment where employees will be happy to come to work to.

We have a total of 7 retail stores in Singapore and looking for new sales associates to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the stores, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist to style customers in our latest pieces and provide recommendations based on their needs
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range
  • Process sales transaction with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with after sales service such as returns or exchanges
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Operations Team to replenish stocks when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including restocking merchandise, tidying shelves, and arranging displays
  • Process online order collections when required
  • Lead and guide team members and train them for success
  • Support any duties or responsibilities assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in retail and fashion/accessories or jewellery category a plus
  • Someone who is meticulous and has high moral and work ethics, someone who takes pride in their work
  • Skills like Cashiering, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, housekeeping and maintenance of overall cleanliness of store, after-sales service and stock taking

Comes with 14 days annual leave (additional 1 day for every year worked up to 20 days)

  • 14 days sick leave
  • 1 day Birthday leave
  • 3 days Elderly/Parental Care leave

Pay structure:

  • Basic Pay ($2100-$2300)
  • Monthly Store Target commissions
  • Participation in individual commissions based on a percentage of sales ($500-900 on non-peak months, up to $2000+ during peak months like mothers day, festive season)
  • $100 grooming incentive
  • Top sales person per store cash prize ($100 per store per month)
  • Performance Bonus and Increments based on good performance
  • Leadership opportunities

Part-time Role:

  • Hourly salary + commission for every sale (same as our FT team's individual comms)
