Job Description:
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they align with job requirements.
- Candidates profiling and scheduling interviews with clients and ensuring smooth interview arrangement.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
- For someone with experience, you could be considered as an Account Manager where you would be in-charge of cold-calling and business development for new clients and establish strong working partnership with them.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering quality service.
- Enjoys working in a team-based environment
- Keen to learn, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
