Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Retail Operations Manager with a background in luxury retail to oversee the end-to-end retail operations, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer experience across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing store performance, ensuring the seamless functioning of our retail outlets, implementing effective operational strategies, and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

· Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance profitability, and customer’s engagement and satisfaction

· Overseeing and streamline daily store operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies

· Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct market surveying to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

· Implementation of SOP for daily store operations, stock taking schedule and addressing to customer’s feedback

· Maintain the visual merchandising standards to uphold the aesthetic of the store

· Be part of the recruitment process for store team hiring

· Cross-functioning collaboration to ensure smooth business operations

· Actualize ideas to drive successful promotions and sales initiatives

· Lead marketing initiatives and promotional activities

People Management

· Lead, mentor and develop store leaders to foster high performance and productivity

· Collaborate with business partners to deliver coaching and enhance team capabilities

· Involve in staff performance evaluation, effective manpower planning across stores and oversee incentive programs

· Motivate the store leaders and provide guidance to them on sales and people management

· Resolve staff issue

Financial Management

· Manage budgets and revenue performance of the business

· Identify cost savings opportunities and implement operational efficiencies

· Prepare financial reports and manpower planning forecasts

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any field, with strong business acumen

· Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management role. With experience of managing multiple stores. Experience in similar industry will be a bonus

· Proven track records in driving growth in sales, operational efficiency, and passionate about people development

· Results driven

· Excellent leadership and people management skills

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Ability to analyse data efficiently and implement action plans

· Detailed-oriented in all aspects

· Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Present in stores for observation, building of team rapport and understand the business

· Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care products is highly desirable
