ARC Eco System Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and responsible Cleaner Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations at one of our prestigious condominium properties in Singapore. The Cleaner Supervisor will lead a team of cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the condominium premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning management and team leadership and is expected to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure that all assigned cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Allocate daily cleaning tasks to staff based on the condominium’s needs and priorities.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to cleaning staff to maintain a professional and efficient workforce.
Cleaning Standards & Quality Control:
- Ensure that all areas of the condominium (common areas, hallways, lobby, staircases, elevators, recreational areas, etc.) are cleaned according to the set quality standards and on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Address any cleaning deficiencies or issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Inventory and Equipment Management:
- Monitor and manage the cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are in good condition and used properly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning materials, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained, and report any faulty or damaged equipment for repair.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner, complying with the company’s safety protocols and Singapore's workplace health regulations.
- Oversee the safe handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and materials, ensuring staff follow safety procedures.
Scheduling and Reporting:
- Prepare work schedules for the cleaning team to ensure proper coverage across all shifts.
- Maintain a log of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and any incidents, submitting regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with the facility management team for any special cleaning requests or emergencies.
Customer Service & Client Interaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining clean and inviting common areas for residents and guests.
- Respond to resident or management complaints about cleanliness and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in recruitment and training of new cleaning staff as required.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as timesheets and reports, are submitted accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning or facility management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a residential or condominium environment is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
