We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our office and ensuring smooth operations in accounting-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounts payables functions with data entry of invoices and perform monthly statement reconciliation
- Perform collection of sales receipt, invoices and claims, and perform data entry with proper filing and documentation
- Perform daily sales invoicing and oversee customer’s credit account
- Assist in account receivable functions with overseeing customer’s credit account and preparation of monthly statements
- Assist in stock inventory movement
- Handle general administrative duties and office matters
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Requirement:

- Preferably at least 1-year admin/ accounting related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
