Job Description

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and staff record maintenance.
  • Assist with accounts and invoicing tasks as required.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office needs.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an Accounting / Purchasing role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
