Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Beauty Outlet Manager to lead our beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the shop, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role also involves staff training, customer service management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers, provide expert beauty advice, and promote available products.
- Organize presentations, seminars, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage customer transactions while continuously improving service quality.
- Create proposals, presentations, and sales tools to support marketing efforts.
- Prepare and implement sales forecasts, monitor expenses, budgets, sales figures, and profitability.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute promotions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Staff Management & Training:
- Supervise and support sales executives, ensuring they meet individual goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Identify and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer activities and staff performance.
- Train staff in product knowledge, equipment usage, and treatment procedures.
- Provide feedback and conduct quality control tests on product and equipment usage.
Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess skincare needs and recommend suitable products and treatments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Perform beauty services such as facials and body therapy, using equipment like MIR, CPL, Oxygen machines, and other salon tools.
- Design and maintain attractive product displays, manage store events, and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle administrative tasks, including ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-ups.
Health & Quality Control:
- Ensure high quality control standards for customer service and treatment results.
- Supervise beauticians and prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and treatment efficacy.
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Participate in product development meetings to stay updated on new treatments and innovations.
- Maintain before-and-after photos of customers and prepare presentations on treatment results.
Product Trainer Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 4 hours of product training per month for staff.
- Implement tests and assessments on products, equipment, and treatment techniques.
- Prepare and update training reports on field activity and customer prospects.
- Monitor product usage in the salon and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Train staff on equipment usage, customer handling, and treatment procedures.
Customer Service & Marketing Assistance:
- Manage after-sales service calls, ensuring follow-up within 3 days of a customer’s visit.
- Oversee daily appointment confirmations to maximize bookings.
- Report daily sales and stock updates to management.
- Assist in trade shows, roadshows, and promotional events, ensuring staff are trained for on-site sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in beauty retail management, preferably in skincare or cosmetics.
