
Accounts cum Admin Executive
Right-Space Pte Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts cum Admin Executive with a positive “can-do” attitude to join us and be part of our dynamic team
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for Accounts cum Admin activities.
Main Job Purpose
· Responsible for day-to-day book keeping entries, matching of receipts, accounts payable and receivable matters.
.Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document management etc.
. Generating financial reports and supporting the year-end close process.
. Reconciling bank statements and preparing bank reconciliations.
. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive financial information.
. Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
. Update bank balances and cash flow records.
. Handle monthly Giro and ad-hoc payments, prepare quarterly GST submissions promptly, and manage the
preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial and management reports.
. Handle petty cash, monthly expenses claim verification & processing.
. Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
. Assist in formulating accounting policies and strategies, financial and management accounting, costing, taxation
and all finance-related matters.
. Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorized and recorded.
. Prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance.
· Issuance of invoices and debit/credit notes
· Handle phone calls & email enquires
· Entry and update expense reports, staff and workers reimbursement.
Qualification and Skills
· Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPB/UEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
· At least 2 years of working experience
· Proficient with accounting software AutoCount and proficient in MS-Office
· Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
· Able to multi task and work independently, Positive Attitude
· Effective interpersonal and communications skills
· Experience administrative disciplines in the construction industry
