Location: DHL building at UbiX
Duration: 3 weeks, 21 April - 11 may
Work hours: mon-fri 8:30am-6pm
Salary: $13/hr
Training: first 1-2 weeks 9-6pm
Role:
• Call centre for various projects, includes calling and emails
Location Nearest MRT: Rochor / Bugis
Working hours : generally Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm), may vary depending on event dates (eg. require to work some evenings/weekends on/for some events)
Duration : 1 month 17 March 2025 till 25 April 2025
Salary: $12 - $13 per hour
Responsibilties:
• support the Division's on-going projects and events mainly to coordinate, administer, research, data collection/organising
• assist to collaborate with stakeholders to develop content for online and corporate websites
• coordinate event logistics, eg. catering, packing of goodie bags, pre & post event, registration, ushering
• update and document data and progression status, prepare reports
Requirements
• some experience in event management
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• good computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Canvas would be an advantage
• familiar with google platform eg. creating google forms
• able to do basic design work on PowerPoint or Photoshop/Illustrator or Canvas
• familiar with the use of social media, such as Instagram and Facebook
• organised with good administrative skills, such as data collection, basic invoicing
