Tasks & responsibilities

  • Address member inquiries, concerns, feedback, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Generate reports as requested.
  • Greet members and guests warmly, maintaining professional communication.
  • Execute opening/closing procedures, desk duties, and additional tasks.
  • Handle payments, cash, stamps, lost & found, endorsements, and special passes.
  • Provide counter and admin support to the operations team, ensuring adherence to processes.
  • Coordinate library and art events, logistics and gallery coordination.
  • Greet guests, manage crowd control, and ensure registration compliance.
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and uphold security and emergency procedures.
  • Assist supervisors, managers, and incoming associates in task execution, ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications & experience

  • At least a GCE 'O' level certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, clubs, etc.).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to generating ideas and solutions.
  • Capable of training and supervising associates effectively.
  • Good in administration, knowledge in Microsoft Office is a plus.
