Tasks & responsibilities
- Address member inquiries, concerns, feedback, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Generate reports as requested.
- Greet members and guests warmly, maintaining professional communication.
- Execute opening/closing procedures, desk duties, and additional tasks.
- Handle payments, cash, stamps, lost & found, endorsements, and special passes.
- Provide counter and admin support to the operations team, ensuring adherence to processes.
- Coordinate library and art events, logistics and gallery coordination.
- Greet guests, manage crowd control, and ensure registration compliance.
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and uphold security and emergency procedures.
- Assist supervisors, managers, and incoming associates in task execution, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications & experience
- At least a GCE 'O' level certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, clubs, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with individuals at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to generating ideas and solutions.
- Capable of training and supervising associates effectively.
- Good in administration, knowledge in Microsoft Office is a plus.
