  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Coordinate effectively with authors, reviewers, and internal teams to streamline the publication process.
  • Update stakeholders regularly on the progress and outcomes of each publication process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict publication deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage the latest AI tools to enhance editorial efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Biology, Medicine, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AI-powered tools for editing and content management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A solid understanding of scientific research writing and the academic publication process.
