
Event Project Manager
- Lead end-to-end event logistics and operations
- Ensure that the Project event progresses seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy to execution based on the allocated budget.
- Lead conversations with suppliers to ensure all event requirements are clearly executed based on the plan against event budget.
- Adheres to all Orange Room event standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use his/her judgment to integrate current trends in event management and event design.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Minimum a diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of experience in the event management or related professional area.
Able to maintain a high performance level under pressure or when experiencing changes or challenges in the workplace.
Able to identify and foresee issues, problems, and opportunities; obtain and compare information from different sources to draw conclusions, develop and evaluate alternatives and solutions, solve problems, and execute of action.
Organise information and resources required to set a plan of action for self and/or others; prioritizes and arranges work requirements to accomplish goals and ensure work is completed within the expected timeline.
