
[CSRE] Relationship Manager (Banking)
Key Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking and financial needs.
- Provide personalized solutions and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide investment advice, wealth management, and financial planning.
- Offer tailored banking products, including deposits, loans, and investment products.
- Monitor and manage clients' portfolios, advising them on asset allocation, diversification, and risk management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to introduce new products and services to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Good track record and demonstrated success as a Relationship Manager
- At least 4 years’ experience as relationship manager in priority banking
- Any additional certifications would be highly advantageous
