Responsibilities:
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc;
- Assist Claims Executive to manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols;
- Periodic review of files as and when required;
- Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically;
- Compile monthly/quarterly statistics and any other statistical data when required;
- Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.
Requirement:-
- Minimum qualification of Diploma and or related discipline;
- Preferably with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) qualifications or relevant insurance equivalent;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Well versed in insurance principles;
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills;
- Able to multi-task, is a team player; conscientious, tactful, customer-focused and willingness to learn new skills;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
