Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc;
  • Assist Claims Executive to manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols;
  • Periodic review of files as and when required;
  • Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically;
  • Compile monthly/quarterly statistics and any other statistical data when required;
  • Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.

Requirement:-

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma and or related discipline;
  • Preferably with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) qualifications or relevant insurance equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Well versed in insurance principles;
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Able to multi-task, is a team player; conscientious, tactful, customer-focused and willingness to learn new skills;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
