  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Tagore Ln. Our clients are in Singapore. This role ensures high customer satisfaction by managing the receiving, identification, dispatch, and quality assurance of goods. It involves organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring shipment accuracy, and keeping records to monitor warehouse status. The position also requires overseeing staff by setting expectations, assigning workloads, and coaching employees. Additionally, it includes interfacing with customers to address inquiries or resolve issues while coordinating with other departments such as Sales and Accounts. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative or refined work procedures is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Forklift license required
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
