The Brand and Business Development Manager (Housebrand) will be responsible for leading our brand’s category and portfolio strategy, and managing the commercial targets for brick & mortar and online channels. He/ she will also be required to:
- Identify consumer needs/ insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across different channels.
- Lead in-depth analysis of sales data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Develop the growth strategy for the categories he/ she is leading.
- Develop the portfolio strategy and 24 month rolling new products pipeline for his/ her categories, from ideation, to concept development, to NPD qualification, to holistic marketing launch campaigns.
- Lead the implementation of plans for his/ her category including campaign and trade activities.
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/ her portfolio; manage A&P budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams, channel, and agency partners.
