Job Title: Business Development Director
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm. Sat 9am – 1pm
Salary: $7500 to $9000
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Director, you will drive growth and strategic expansion by identifying new market opportunities, forging key partnerships, and optimizing revenue streams. You will play a pivotal role in setting and executing the company’s business development strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and other strategic deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to align strategies and drive business growth.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to senior management and potential clients.
• Mentor and manage the business development team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally.
