Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • A degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a diploma in IT or networking.
  • Proficiency in managing LAN/WAN environments.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
  • Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
  • Experience with network performance monitoring tools
  • Strong understanding of various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS).
  • Experience with network management software and firewall solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid network environments is an advantage.
  • Understanding of network security best practices (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, encryption).
  • Familiarity with VPNs and secure remote access.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues quickly.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery practices
