• Overall Responsibility: Oversee the company’s entire financial management, ensuring that all financial matters are handled independently and efficiently.

• Independently manage daily accounting operations, including voucher entry, account reconciliation, cost accounting, and month-end closing.

• Prepare and analyze various financial statements, regularly reporting the company’s financial status to management and providing professional improvement recommendations.

• Supervise and guide subordinate accounting staff to ensure the team’s work is professional, accurate, and timely.

• Focus on financial IT development by driving the optimization and upgrade of financial systems to meet the modern management needs of Singaporean enterprises.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

• At least four years of experience in corporate financial management, with the ability to independently handle the company’s full range of financial operations.

• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and a strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations (such as IRAS requirements).

• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk control.

• Proven team management experience with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-departmental communication and cooperation.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of working efficiently in a multilingual environment.

• Proficiency in various accounting software and office automation tools; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

• Audit project experience or an audit background is an advantage.

• Professional Certification: ACCA certification or another internationally recognized accounting qualification is highly preferred. Candidates with relevant Singapore work experience and qualifications are especially desirable, ensuring they meet local professional standards and international management requirements.
