
Urgent: Senior Supervisor (CNC/Production)
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, training, and mentoring of team members to align with business goals. Encouraging employee recognition and driving results.
- Workplace Safety & Organization: Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment through adherence to 6S standards.
- Production Management: Handling daily production, capacity planning, machine optimization, and ensuring timely communication with other cells for smooth production flow and issue resolution.
- Lean & Process Improvement: Supporting Lean/Kaizen initiatives and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
- ERP & Metrics Management: Updating the ERP system accurately and managing consumables, delivery metrics, TPM, OEE, and risk assessments.
- Employee Engagement: Leading routine meetings, maintaining a motivated workforce, and resolving grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to resolve production or quality issues and build strong team dynamics.
- Attendance & Scheduling: Managing attendance, leave, and overtime, and conducting annual performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
