Job Description:
- Responsible to conduct Toolbox meeting.
- Assisting HSE Manager & WSHO for implementing, maintaining, monitoring and reviewing of health and safety management system; ISO 45001: 2019.
- To train and instruct for issuing permit to works for Pre-job meeting to Coordinated works to avoid interferences or incompatilities between the different teams working on site.
- Prepare, conduct and developing various in house WSH Training program for staffs & Workers.
- Prepare and review lifting plan for all projects.
- Conduct incident investigation and find the root cause & recommendation to prevent recurrence.
- Assist WSH manager for internal & external WSH audit.
- Identify potential hazards, follow up, records and analysing for develop HSE program.
- Identify unsafe act and condition during routine & non- routine inspection and rectified accordingly.
- Attend weekly safety co-ordination meeting.
- Member of WSH Committee and will assist to conduct the WSH committee meeting.
- Enforce and implemented in house safety rules and regulation as well as Legal Requirements.
- Assist in safety promotional activities, prepare mass Toolbox meeting briefing.
- Conduct Walkthrough inspection with Top Management and client.
- Assist to conduct and review Risk Assessment & Safe Work Procedure with HSE-Team.
- To ensure all Task Comply with permit to work system.
- To keep and maintain the safety records and Prepare the Monthly safety Report.
Requirements:
- Minimum Specialist Diploma in WSH.
- Minimum 3 years’ WSHO experience.
- Familiar with the safety, health and environmental legislations as well as risk management procedure.
- Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
