Key Responsibilities:
Assist Store manager in all areas of daily store operations.
Oversee the store staff team and ensure store staff are properly trained with product knowledge and sales techniques and customer service standards of the company's retail store.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations and loss prevention protocols.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Ensure safety and security of the customers and employees within store premises.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalate to the store manager if required.
Assist promotion team in planning store events, campaigns and activities for the store and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant field disciplines.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience.
Ability to demonstrated excellence in customer service, serving as a role model for the team.
Strong organizational skills and time management skills to meet task deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Program (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
Candidate with knowledge/experience on the inventory management system (SAP Bydesign) will have a distinct advantage.
Candidate will be required to work in shift hours, including weekends and public holiday.
