System maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on systems (server and user computers) and networks
Software and hardware: Installing, updating, and anticipating the cost of replacing or updating computer items

Skills:
A diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
Working experience in IT Infrastructure management
Expert knowledge of Windows Server operating system
Knowledgeable in SQL server
Troubleshoot and configuration of CCTV System
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, including network security
Provide technical support and solve problems
