Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the marketing efforts for the Singapore International Festival of the Arts (SIFA) and Arts House Limited’s (AHL) range of programmes:
Social Media
Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
Schedule and manage posts to ensure timely and consistent online presence.
Support real-time social media engagement during festival events, including live updates and interactions with audiences.
Provide onsite Marketing coverage during festival events, including photography, videography, and capturing attendee feedback through vox pops.
Onsite branding and Marketing Collaterals
Participate in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing collaterals including festival merchandise and media kits.
To assist in copywriting and proof reading of marketing collaterals.
Research and source merchandise options, collaborating with vendors to ensure quality and alignment with AHL’s brand.
Assist with distribution and setup of marketing collateral and support logistical needs for promotional activities.
Help organise and maintain festival marketing materials and ensure smooth execution of Marcomms plans.
Administrative and Other Duties
Basic office administration including but not limited to filing, archival of collaterals and other administrative duties.
Assist in compiling post-festival reports.
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure programmes / festivals success.
To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the AHL Management.
Internship Duration
March 2025 – 30 September 2025
Working Hours
5 days a week (including events and public holidays when there are events).
