Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for aRetail Sales Consultant in Singapore. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible to provide personalized consultations to clients, helping them select the perfect products based on their needs and preferences. You will leverage in-depth product knowledge to offer expert advice, fostering strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Your role will involve achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients during fittings, and ensuring a memorable experience. Additionally, you will handle sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized according to brand standards. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and staying updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends will also be essential. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience, participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques, and maintain a professional appearance, representing the brand's high standards.
Working Hours:
44 hours a week
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in a retail or customer services role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented
Attentive to customer demands and excellent communication skills
Sales experience is a plus
Possess basic computer skills
Without prior experience but with an interest in luxury design are encouraged to apply!
