Red Dot Penguins is hiring an Operations Manager to service the operational needs of the company through an excellent customer service and creation of good workflows.

Main duties:

  • Ensure quality and excellence service is rendered to B2B and B2C.
  • To see the growth of Learn-To-Swim program.
  • Manage the coaching team's schedules.
  • Managing the company hotline enquiries.
  • Booking of venues for business needs.
  • Ensure proper and up-to-date inventory lists.
  • Organising weekly Operations meeting.
  • Update and sending monthly report to CEO.
  • Meeting with the CEO on a monthly basis and when required.

Other duties includes:

  • Attend Learn To Coach training program and complete the attachment hours.
  • Attend courses as required by the company.
  • Any other duties as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of operational background in the service industry.
  • Degree holder preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Active, independent and outspoken individual.
  • A team player.
  • Willing to travel to different centres on a regularly basis for site visits.
  • 6 days work week (Mon - Fri: 9am to 3pm; and work on 1 weekend)
  • Able to start immediately or short notice.
