  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advising on a range of legal and contractual issues. And lastly valuing completed work and arranging for payments

Responsibilities:

Individual to be involved in:
1. Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
2. Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
3. Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
4. Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Excellent analytical and organisational skills
2. Team player & excellent initiative skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
