Key Responsibilities:

  • Provider Network Management & EngagementMaintain relationships with healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, specialists, and healthcare providers) while supporting the Senior Manager, Network Relationship
    Handle mailbox enquiries from providers, PRUShield customers, Financial Consultants via SAP, ensuring a quality response within a TAT of 2 working days.
    Resolve and investigate issues and appeals, relating to PRUPanel Connect and Extended Panel and escalations from various servicing touchpoints on panel management agency engagements and appointment scheduling
    Increase panel awareness among providers and ensure they understand the benefits of participation
    Organise periodic provider visits and set up regular performance reviews with existing providers and onboarding sessions to maintain service quality
  • Agency and Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with internal Customer and Marketing teams, agencies, financial consultants and partner service providers to promote the provider network. This includes communications and social media channels
    Conduct engagement sessions and presentations to agencies on provider network benefits and services
    Support marketing and outreach initiatives to expand the provider network
    Develop and create content for panel website, FAQs, microsites, edms, etc
    Collaborate with external panel partners to organise health insider webinars, seminars, events such as hospital tours for Financial Consultants and PRUShield customers
  • Business SupportAssist in resolving provider disputes and ensure timely appeals and enquiries
    Monitor provider service quality and customer’s satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed
    Coordinate with partner healthcare institutions/clinics and customers to book a specialist appointment within 3 working days on a best effort basis
    Manage the appointment booking hotline during office hours and callback within 2 hours
  • Reporting & Data AnalysisPrepare presentation and reports and provide insights to optimise provider network strategies using provider performance, cost trends, and utlisation of data
    Identify gaps and areas for improvement within the provider ecosystem

Who are we looking for:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in provider management/ medical insurance
  • Experience handling provider enquiries, contracts, and agency relationships is preferred
  • M5, M9, and HI qualifications would be advantageous

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills to manage provider and agency relationships
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills to handle mailbox enquiries efficiently
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions with providers
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions regarding provider network improvements
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare system, regulations, and medical claims processing will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI for reporting
