Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:

• Handles Partial Account Receivable function.

• Ensure timely billing to clients.

• Progress claim for Project Dept.

• Handle invoicing and send monthly SOA & Timely month-end closing for Accounts Receivable function.

• Prepare and review weekly and monthly AR Reports and responsible for the monthly credit control meeting.

• Propose to write off irrecoverable receivables.

• Work closely and/or follow up with internal departments and customers on credit and Accounts Receivable matters to resolve billing and collection-related issues.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills/Abilities (include Education, Working Experience, skill and so on):

1. 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

2. Candidate must possess at least ‘O’ level, LCCI book-keeping or equivalent.

3. Proficient in MS Office is a must.3. Pro-active, strong dedication & able to multi-task effectively.

4. Meticulous & possess some analytical skills, attentive to details & result driven.

5. Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.

6. Good communication in English and Mandarin (liaise with Chinese stakeholders).

7. Work location at Central region.

8. 5 Days work week
