Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project.
- Conceptualise all development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that there are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
- Oversee design quality and progress of design concepts and design staff team at all levels
- Project planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring the project works.
- Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients, managements, subcontractors and any other related to projects.
- Manage the client, design consultants, fellow teammates and liaise with all relevant authorities to meet the project requirements.
- Coordinate and ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule.
- Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
- Manage work team to ensure project are delivered on time within budget and with the expected level quality.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance of requirements.
- Responsive with frequent updates to project team and client.
- Other miscellaneous/ ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant job experience (construction/commercial preferred)
- Able to understand architectural drawings
- Basic computer knowledge (Use of Email & Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal & negotiating skills
- Approachable and Flexible
- Able to work independently
