
Gaming Governance and Strategy Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders both internal and external (including other government agencies, suppliers, and consultants) to coordinate and support key workstreams leading to the closure of STC.
- Perform vendor/consultant management and site inspections/visits
- Support procurement and vendor selection activities for various project workstreams.
- Lead the records keeping and archival workstream in the project, working with STC and relevant government agencies on the records acquisition/transfer process.
- Support the development and implementation of any required Policies & Procedures and Guidelines for the various project workstreams.
- Provide administrative and project management support to the Project team, including records keeping, filing, tracking of vendor payments, billing and budgets and monitoring project timelines.
- Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders, including recording meeting notes and monitoring key follow-ups required.
- Provide administrative support to other ad-hoc company-related workstreams
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Team player with strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability in working with diverse stakeholder groups
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Willing to work on occasional Saturdays if such a need arises
Preferred Experience:
· Prior experience in public sector procurement, including tender management, bid evaluations and presentations
· Prior experience in management of physical assets
· Prior experience in Project Management
· Prior experience or interest in the arts and heritage sector
Work Arrangment
· Maximum $5,800 (Salary will commensurate with experience)
· Office Hours
· Location: Middle Road
