Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of the HR Team based in Singapore.
HR Generalists
· Recruiting, retention, and talent succession
· Monthly processing and checking of payroll/reimbursement (200 plus headcount)
· Maintains compliance with local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· MOM work pass applications· Oversees employee disciplinary meeting, investigation and termination.
· Providing information and answering employee questions related matters.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Administration
· Maintaining employee p-files records, leave management.
· Conduct disciplinary actions. Provides counselling, support and guidance to employee.
· All other ad-hoc administrative duties
Payroll
· Timely and accurate submission/payment of statutory obligations
· Provide support on payroll matters, tax issues and time track matters.
· Manage day-to-day liaison with Internal / Payroll outsourcing partners closely, including monthly attendance metrics.
· Provide reconciliation of final payroll based on monthly accounting schedule.
Requirements
· A Level/Diploma/Degree
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR specifically Payroll
· Fluent in oral and written communication
· Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance to MOM, CPF and IRAS
