The selected candidate is responsible ensuring construction activities are carried out efficiently and according to project specifications,timelines and budget. The ideal candidate is also responsible planning through to completion with an emphasis on safety,regulatiry compliance and quality assurance.
The Job
Oversee the fiancial aspects of construction, inclduing creating cost estimates,managing budgets ensuring the project stays within budget.
Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring that construction activities meet the required standards and specifications
Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that construction alings with engineering designs, budgets and timelines.
The Talent
Minimum Degree in Mechanical or engineering relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience working on site cordinator and construction management
Experienced with engineering design will be an advantage
