  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500/month
Job Type: Permanent
Shifts: 5-Day Work Week, 8.15am to 5.45pm
Locations: West area
Transport pick up / drop off at JEM taxi stand.

Job Scope:


Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
Manage customer relationships and provide sales support, including quotations, order processing, and communications.
Ensure proper margin control and track sales performance.
Maintain and update sales/customer databases and documentation.
Oversee order processing and manage backorders with internal and international teams (Singapore, Germany).
Provide market and customer insights to the supervisor.
Compile sales reports and analyze market trends.
Assist in executing marketing strategies with HQ.
Participate in projects and document outcomes.
Train and mentor new sales coordinators.
Ensure compliance with company sales guidelines.
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirement:
Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
*Proficient in Navision/SAP or Excel*
