Senior Designer (Interior Design)

As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting design projects while collaborating closely with both clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, developing and refining design briefs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure design concepts align with their vision and objectives.
- Present and propose cutting-edge, avant-garde concepts with strong space planning solutions.
- Work directly with contractors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design intent.
- Demonstrate expertise in materials, finishes, and ironmongery to craft innovative design solutions.
- Develop and manage FF&E schedules for seamless project management.
- Produce accurate design and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Utilize SketchUp to visualize and communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.

- A meticulous, detail-oriented designer with a keen artistic sensibility.
- Confident, eloquent, and able to build strong relationships with both clients and contractors.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with initiative.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys taking on new challenges.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese to engage with a broader range of clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design or a related field.
- A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and creativity.
