Admin cum Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
· Liaise and coordinate orders with customers.
· Handle and coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
· Coordinate the movement of goods between the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations
· Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation, including accounts payable and receivable.
· Help in processing payments, invoicing, and reconciling petty cash.
· Assist in tracking and recording daily transactions and updating financial records.
· Assist in liaising with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries, invoices, and payment statuses.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
· Education: GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is an advantage, entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply.
· Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.
