About the Role
We are looking for a numerically adept, tech-savvy, and highly proactive Finance & Business Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Finance Leadership, you will play a critical role in streamlining and accelerating processes across finance, sales, business growth, and operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a methodical problem-solving approach, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Collaborate with the Finance team to improve the efficiency of key financial processes.
- Support Finance Leadership in managing vendor relationships and payments.
- Liaise with corporate secretaries, auditors, and tax vendors to assist CXOs and the Board.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports to inform strategic management decisions.
- Oversee systems related to talent management and staff benefits.
Business Operations
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management to:
- Manage operational aspects of key accounts, including deal management, invoicing, and commission tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end operations for house accounts.
Culture and Engagement
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by organizing engaging social events, including town halls, monthly birthday celebrations, and team-building activities.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in finance, business operations, or a related field.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
Skills & Attributes
- Tech-savvy with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including concise writing and presentation abilities.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across all organizational levels.
- A self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a fintech company or high-growth startup is a plus.
