Overall Job Scope

Spectrumedics is looking for a creative and energetic International Marketing & Communications Executive to drive brand awareness, digital marketing, event planning, and distributor support. This role is ideal for young professionals eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
  • Assist in event planning, including trade shows and product launches.
  • Develop marketing materials for distributors and sales teams.
  • Coordinate internal communication and branding materials.
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the medical affairs team to create scientific presentations and whitepapers.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to strengthen brand credibility in new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize marketing content for different regions.
  • Monitor brand reputation and media coverage, responding to negative publicity if needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, distributor-led sales support, or event planning is a plus.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills for marketing and promotional materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and growing brand presence.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in different international regions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for marketing materials.
